Return & Refund Policy

This policy covers returns, cancellations and refunds. It's in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

Your right of withdrawal

Under EU law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. On top of this statutory right, Strapify offers an extended 30-day return window from the delivery date.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible, items should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. We may reduce a refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

How to start a return

Email support@getstrapify.com or use our contact form with your order number. We'll send return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover the return and send a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund you using your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few additional days to display the funds.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
